My name is Colin Stuckert and I write the Gym Life. Because I started this blog when I was growing a successful CrossFit Box, most of my archives consist of fitness, health and nutrition content. But I have since "retired" from writing in the fitness and health niches. I've simply said all I have to say on these topics (and there are plenty of other awesome people doing awesome work you should check out). 

My new calling has morphed into a combination of philosophy, art, life, mindset, motivation, self-help and inspiration. The weekly email I send every Sunday relates to a broader idea or principle on life.
